Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the items are in unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
